After a a meticulous process of a 20-hour fermentation & thorough washing with cold mountain spring water, what was once fresh pulped cherries has become what we have come to called Uganda Kisolo.
Named in honour after Kisolo Sam, this delightful coffee has a beautiful coffee profile of grapefruit, pomelo, and pekoe tea flavors.
