The Uganda Zebigi coffee is carefully processed, starting with a pre-wash and a soak in cold mountain spring water, going through a 40-hour fermentation and a 12-stage sorting process.
The varietals create flavors of stone fruit, molasses, and prune, which has a moderate acidity, a high sweetness, and a light body.
